ERA APARTMENTS – CHATSWOOD BY MIRVAC

The ERA Apartment complex in Chatswood, NSW is a 42 level tower completed by Mirvac in May 2014. This stunning residential tower features high end amenities including a gym, an indoor heated pool with adjoining lounge area and sauna as well as an outdoor BBQ alongside a grassy park.

Leading NSW hydraulic services contractor, McPherson Plumbing was in charge of installation of the hydraulic services to this project. With over 35 years in the industry, McPherson’s specialise in the design, construction and fitout of major plumbing projects.

It was Kembla’s brand reputation, 25 year warranty and on-site training that contributed to Mirvac’s approval of KemPress as a suitable system and McPherson’s successful bid. With Kembla’s support, McPherson’s could guarantee a competitive price along with efficient and timely installation. In the end around 40 metric tonnes of Kembla copper tube was used in the ERA project, as well as a range of DN15-50 KemPress fittings and KemPress tools.
